Through the Volunteer Service Program (VSP), JVPs take on the role and empower marginalized communities as teachers, youth formators, parish workers, community organizers, or enterprise development officers in under-resourced schools, parish, and NGOs across the country.

JVP volunteers are deployed every year to Ateneo schools in Naga, Zamboanga, and Davao. Volunteers are also regularly sent to Culion, Samar, and Bukidnon.
